The City of Toledo is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons involved in the Monday night shooting death of Racole Hill. Ms. Hill was fatally shot on Fernwood Avenue on Monday evening, though it is not believed she was the intended target.

“This was a senseless death that has left a void in the community. My condolences go out to Ms. Hill’s children and family and I hope that someone will do the right thing by coming forward with information leading to the resolution of this crime,” said Mayor Michael P. Bell.
